scruffy new kitten

ah, you post a serious question about a kitten.

If you don't post pictures, all you get is people asking for pictures

And if you do, all you get is people going OMG! CUTE!

:D

Awwlookatthewiddlecutekittywitty!!!!11!

As unfortunately I can't find a "explodes from cuteness" smilie I'll just have to post a not worthy one.

Oh, and it's only a guess but I imagine it will get better at cleaning itself when it's older as kittens should really still be cleaned by their mums. Though longhairs generally will need grooming help from owners.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Hopefully he'll learn from Gizmo and Tyler. I have a friend with a cat called Gizmo.

I want to know how I can retrain my cats to use their new litter tray. Which has a door. I had to hold it open for one of them just now

You'll make all the blokes jealous!!! :D

He is absolutely gorgeous!! Gingers can sometimes be a bit scruffy ime, they're still highly lovable though :D

Your cat is lovely too chris.

I should have taken a photo of the friendliest cat in the world that was at the bunkhouse at the weekend  @self

Oh my god he's so cute!!!! And called Milo too!!!! Awwww wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Just awwwwwwwww I've gone all girly now.

The Divine Loki Bomper (My cat) learnt how to use the dirt box with a door by getting him used to going in and out without the door on the hinges and then when the door was put on I posted him through a couple of times, He goes in fine now but still launches out of it at about 30mph and skids to a halt a good 3m from the box!

Awwww.... that is such a cute kitten..... *big grin*

As he's a longhair, I'd recommend getting him used to a brush now while he's little, so when you have to groom odd bits of yuck out of his hair he won't be so freaked out by it.

Have been he turns into a little bundle of fluff then rolls round the floor, skids across the kitchen floor ( he cant turn corners as he goes too quick) and sits back in his milk

Think laterally - maybe the reason he likes sitting in milk is that he's been eating too much spicy food and needs it to sooth the pain in his anus.

oh my god. i'm a human male of the bastard persuasion and i think i just had a broody attack over a kitten. there's this weird feeling in my stomach that goes INEEDITINEEDONERIGHTNOWNOWNOWGIMMEKITTENBEFOREITSTOOLATE

That kitten is going to be magnificent when he grows up, like a miniature lion.

I adore ginger cats, though mine is of the dark auburn & white short-haired tabby variety, nothing like this one!

:D My boycat was the same, bless his dense little brain; luckily his sister is much smarter and worked it out pretty quick, so Malcolm soon followed. I'd go with the advice to take the door off at first - we sellotaped ours to the top of the box for the first little while, then let it down and they were fine with it.

I think we've all been exceptionally patient but have to say that the time has come for a picture of Milo IN his milk .............
