I can't really have any complaints. We have been poor from start to finish. Every 50-50 ball won by Georgia and a curious flatness about the whole team. It would be unfair to single out one single Scotland player as being particularly crap, because frankly, they all have been. Not one single shot on target as a stat can't lie.

Well, I might be clutching at straws here, but I am perversely happier that we need to WIN the last game: have you ever had the dubious pleasure of watching Scotland playing for a draw?

Put it this way, although beating Italy in Nov is unlikely, who would have thought we would be doing anything other than giving some U-21's a run around in the last game when the draw was made all those months ago?
