Scotch Eggs and Pork Pies - favourite picnic foods?

Have you seen those scotch eggs shaped like a sausage - pretty sure I've seen them in the cold cabinet at petrol stations. Its all wrong you know, messin with nature. They don't taste like either a scotch egg or a suasage roll; a hybrid that went wrong, like a donkey crossed with something.
