Hear hear! Until relatively recently Chelsea were underachievers who were supported by fashionistas and celebrities.

that's true. it's kind of a shame cos ranieri was actually building a decent team up over the years rather than just buying all the best players like they have ddone recently

I heard that Abromovich bought Chelsea ( or indeed would have bought any largeish london club )because he was a prime target to be "whacked", through buying Chelsea his worldwide profile increased massively and somehow reduced his chances of getting knocked off or something along those lines
