No vaccines for those diseases back then of course.

I wasn't vaccinated against Polio until I joined the army, when I also got TABT and Yellow Fever (Yellow BTW is now regarded as lifelong immunity from one dose, used to be every ten years.)

Why would it? There's currently no vaccine for it.
More likely they'll claim this proves that vaccinations are pointless as we still get ill, or say this virus only exists because vaccinations made it mutate. You know how they do.
