there's more to talk about with cheese. more varieties. pasteurised or not. blue, hard. soft
whereas a sausage is pretty much a sausage. ok, so you get crap ones full of rusk, pigs ears and hoofand you get nice ones full of pork and herbs and stuff. but there's less to say about a sausage
