friendofdorothy it is so much worse than Thatcherism now

This months meeting will be an Open Floor dance session facilitated by Lindy, one of our members.

Open Floor is a music, movement and self improvement practice. A way to take stock of how you are, express experiences and possibilities.

It was developed by a group of people straight and LGBT ️‍[IMG], who want to be inclusive in all ways. They too are growing older, and intend to keep dancing, moving throughout life, adapting according to changes. Chairs are part of the space , people go at their own pace . This session is in relation to the theme of release. Just turn up and move!
