Jon-of-arc - you say salami is OK - can't go wrong with german peppered salami and some sort of swiss cheese and you can buy both ready sliced for ease of sandwich making... If you could be arsed to boil an egg, salami and egg is wicked but don't sit near anyone while you eat it because it stinks to high heaven!

Preferably on a poppy seed loaf.
