Salads using winter veg

i put chopped tomato and spring onion in my coleslaw too

plus any left overs from fridge that need eating before they go walk about

What's that french one that's a bit like coleslaw but with grated celeriac and parsley? Rémolade? Something like that. That's pretty tasty. You should make that. Then give me some.

EDIT: This stuff. Well tasty.

Celeriac remoulade. One of my favourite things -- especially nice with ham and beetroot. Yum.

(I cheat a bit when I make it and use remoulade sauce from Lidl with mustard mixed in.)
