Sad cat

Yeah, you can check out my cats as well - there is now a link on my profile.

Anyway, Malcolm is now clambering all over me and purring with wild abandon, although still with a droopy tail. Silly sod.

Cheers :) He's a-kip again. He doesn't seem to be in lots of pain, but his tail is definitely fucked - when he was climbing all over me earlier, he was swishing his tail around, but only the bottom half was moving - the end half just hung there limply.

That's what I was thinking...I hope amputation isn't the only answer. He won't be quite the same without his lovely long ringtail :(

Let's not get ahead of ourselves - he hasn't even seen a vet yet! Remember how much I managed to get myself worked up about my cat? And now she's fine!

My friend's girlfriend ran over her cat's tail (accidentally) and they just left it to heal. Was bent for ever more though ... :(

I can't join in with all this catbook stuff as facebook is the work of the devil. But Itchy and Scratchy wish to be friends with Malcolm, Beaker, Hoggy, Donut and anyone else that will have them

trashy: cheers, here's a picture of Malcolm in happier times.

I had a cat with a wonky tail - he was run over and lost all feeling in it.

Once, when were were taking him to the vet on an unrelated matter, he sat on my lap the whole way placidly and it was only when we arrived that I realised his tail had be shut in the car door the whole way. He was fine though :)

I'm sure Malcolm will be fine.
