Henson wasn't fit. End of. He's only just fit now.

The problem was jenkins coatching methods, tactics and bad decision making.

As a rugby team we operate too much on passion and confidance, a bad start and we're rattling and doing stupid things. We need more composure, an acceptance of our abilities (ie we can't kick in field vey well) and some tactical nous.

Stephen Jones wasn't fit at selection, either. But he went.

Surely there are categories of 'fit' though. Henson hasnt been able to be picked to play for the ospreys either and with lots away on international duty surely if he was fit Lyn jones would have picked him, he probably couldnt afford not to leave a good, fit player out(, if he 'should' have been picked for wales then Lyn Jones would have had no reason to leave him out/on the bench whatever you think of Jenkin's likes/dislikes)
I dont think alfie was fully fit for that last match properly but they played him...

Stephen Jones was injured for a short while, he was/is off form however. A better example would be Ian Evans, shows that Jenkins is not even handed.
