Roller Blinds

Thank you but I strongly believe I should be able to point and say "that one" and it just appear.

Get some curtains.

And a pole and some hooks and a drill and some screws and all the associated bs

If you do cut a blind to width, make very sure that you trim it in a straight line.
A mate of mine got a bit of a "drunkard's walk" wandering down his, only a problem for him as it was a seriously high and narrow window on some stairs.

"That one please"

"THAT ONE"

Two blinds? Or one which is also black-out?

Soz - one blackout blind that is apparently 7ft wide but I'm going to need to remeasure that :hmm: Dunno what the drop is.

You really don't have to do anything, though it's most kind to offer. I just WANT THAT ONE

Another one for my ignore list

Right so I’ve got a window where I’d like to fit a roller blind as the curtains were only a temporary fix and get in the way

There’s a wooden batten which the curtain rail is screwed in so presumably it’s just a case of swapping it out for a roller blind?

Having never bought one before I assume (hope!) they come as a kit and I wouldn’t need to do anything more than measure and fit into the batten.

I am never very good judging colours but I wondered if something quite colourful (like a tequila sunrise?) might be better than a plain colour. It could be a bit like a feature wall!

Here is a pic :)
