yes, yes he does - saw his tv prog the other day and he had a recipe for pork with roast potatoes and red onions - which are doused in loads of balsamic vinegar (got a cheap bottle from Lidl)
oh. my. god. I had this for dinner last night and I had a big plate full, then another big plate full and then went back and finished off all the leftovers
