road users hating hierarchy

your quote: "cyclists are much more of a danger.." If you want to get into a phaff about whether, or not, danger implies harm and destruction then be my guest.

personally, I think you just want to untwist your nickers. cunt :)

And I think you may need remedial reading lessons, only a cretin could equate "cyclists are much more of a danger.." with "But you're right, cyclists are evil! "

A cretin or a bullshitting cunt who's been caught out

Nah, I just dont like cunts making out I've said something I aint.

OK. Just that the insults seemed quite harsh and immediate.

But whatever... have fun.

ORLY?

you: "From a pedestrian perspective cyclists are the worst."

Tell me then Sherlock, if something is better than something, does that make it good?

Conversely, if something is worse than something else.. hmm, what's the opposite of good?

Arse :)

As a motorcyclist I don't have a problem with cyclists at all. I have had far fewer incidents with them than with any other road user. In fact none I can think of.

Pedestrians on the other hand get my fucking goat far more than anyone else. They don't give a shit about anything, they cross whenever and wherever they want, they don't even have the courtesy (or intelligence) to look for two-wheelers travelling on the middle of the road when they cross, and when you crash into them due to their negiglence and stupidity they have the cheek of trying to sue because they're precious pedestrians who can do no wrong.

You can wriggle all you like but the fact is you've been caught out making up quotes, bullshitting cunt.

Unless you really are so functionally illiterate as to actually believe that "cyclists are much more of a danger" means "cyclists are evil!"

Seriously, your digging yourself into a hole here - you're not seriously arguing that you believe that if something is worse than something it must be evil?

Aren't cyclists hated by everyone who isn't a cyclist? ;)
And as a cyclist can I just say I hate all the stupid drivers that drive me to the curb or cut me up etc. Dumb pedestrians walking into me without looking are quite low on my list of hates as they are not as common.

No (think about it).

Do you really live in such a black and white world where to be good you have to be 100% snow-white virgin pure?

Good is whatever is better than something else. And evil is whatever is worse than something else.

But for the sake of simplicity - I'm sorry I mistook you. You obviously don't think cycists are evil.

Please think about this, its really, really wrong.

Fairplay, I apologise for being lairy.

Please explain. Seriously, I'm interested. To me they're just words. I don't see what harm I'm doing in using them this way.

I think Charlton are a better team than Crystal Palace - that doesnt mean I think Crystal palace are evil. See.

Words have meanings - if you use them with a different meaning to the one thats commonly accepted then your going to have all kinds fo communication problems.

That doesn't make Charlton good though either :p

Sorry. I do take your point.

To be fair though, this is a thread for "hate" - I think evil is still the right word to use for hatred isn't it?

Yeah, I think it would be fair to say if you hate something you consider it evil - probably be an english teacher along in a minute to correct me :D

As a car user the only people I hate is cyclists (hang on i ain't finished yet) who ride at night, with no lights on their bike and are wearing dark clothing.

I'm sure I'm going to kill one of these idiots one day as I've had close shaves with surprising number of them in the past. They must be breeding the stupid idiots around here.

No Mr cyclist you are completely correct that I didn't see you and should be watching out for cyclists, so why don't you give me a fucking hand by not making yourself fucking invisible and by using hi-vis gear you bleeding pillock?!!!!! Even a white bloody t-shirt is better than a black shirt and dark trousers you stupid morron!

The last nightrider who came over to have a go at me changed his mind when he saw me get out of my car ready to chat with him and rode off. I was gutted as I really wanted to re-educate his dumb ass (and I don't mean punch him but point out what a tit he was).

when did the green cross code stop applying is it when you get past 16?
no I'm not going to brake for you cause theres a bus behind me you idiot use your eyes please:(

see i don't understand this concept of no i'm nto going to brake for you cos there's summit behind me... it seems to negate the diea that if you hit them and then have to stop (which you do if oyu hit them, morally and leagally) then the thing behind youwill have to cope with that and the chances are it'll do it less well than if you slow down and stop in a controlled fashion than if it's as the result of hitting something ....

don't make sense...

are those tenths of a second really worth that much to you?

its a steep hill theres a bus behind me i'm on a bicycle I'm not going to get rear ended by a bus because your an idiot (spots got road works so its narrow not like theres a lot of room for manovure.)
as the lights have just changed feel free to play dodgems with the bus.
road has 3 pedestrian crossings with lights use them
