mmmm, I havent made mojitios for about 2 weeks although I did have a couple in a bar last friday. Dont think I can look at the stuff yet until about at least a month due to over indulgence of the stuff at christmas and new year.
Why would I have crates of the stuff? If I went to Brazil, I would be bringing back a man, not cachaca!

Do you ever get them with fruit in? Pineapple or raspberries?

To be honest hon, I wouldnt sully the mojitos with blueberries. Personally. It's meant to be a clear, crisp, refreshing drink to be enjoyed as is so I would leave it that way.
Try it with blueberries and report back.

But Ive made another proper mojito using Barbados Mount Gay Rum. Just tried it on with the boyfriend and apparently he's sleeping and he's having none of it. Bah.
I dont use west indian rum for cocktails. Especially mojitos with the moreish factor of them...oof! -it'll kill me in minutes. Stick to Bacardi...THE rum to bung in cocktails.
