Rice pudding

Ingredients
55g/2oz pudding rice
55g/2oz sugar
600ml/1 pint full-fat milk
grated nutmeg
small amount of butter



Method
1. Mix rice and sugar in a baking dish and pour on milk. Grate nutmeg of the top and dot with three or four bits of butter.
2. Bake in the oven for at least 1 hour at 160-180C/325-350F/Gas3-4. You can cook it for longer at a lower heat


It's the easiest thing in the world to cook. If Callie and Sheo can't cook it from this recipe, they should hang up their wooden spoons and let someone else do it, for it proves they are rubbish :p :)
