yep really nice. the one in russell square is really good. pretty cheap too. i think about £15 per head & pretty big portions.cyberfairy said:

I like the Indian Veg Bhelpoori House: 92-93 Chapel Market, Islington all you can eat buffet for under £3 a head and nice beer and other drinks.

Took the wife to the Ivy last month.
Pretty good food, and service, but not out of this world. i don't think i'd go again though it wasn't actually that expensive.

Wapping Project....errr...in Wapping at the old Pump House opposite The Prospect of Whitby, which is always good for a pre-meal tipple or 5 next to the river.
Food is very good, the wine list is even better and the setting is superb - esp if you get a table next to one of the old pumps!

I'm a fan of Carnevale - near Old St tube. Vegetarian, mains around the £10 mark. The review at http://www.london-restaurants.com/london/areas/restaurant.asp?catID=7&classID=46 describes it pretty well.
