Agreed. Especially when Wings had a bigger selling number one than the Beatles ever managed,
and even the Plastic Ono Band had a top five hit record, before being faced with a frequent and bewildering array of line up changes, their only LP being based around a one-off gig where they rehearsed on a plane an hour or two before going on-stage, and being seen as the artificial creation of an overbearing central personality, before eventually dissolving to nothing
