Remove Artex and paint bathroom ceiling

Bit of a bugger for a bathrom tho. Presumably the ciling is already fairly lo. Just grit your teeth, hire a steamer, get a bolster chisel and get on with it!
The odds on it being asbestos containing are fairly low, and anyway it is extremely difficult to get a significant fibre release from artex using this method.

I ended up using a bolster chisel and continually damping the walls down, still a lengthy pain in the arse job.
