Apparently they're quite hard fellows, so be warned that they might pop caps in a few asses if they see this thread... ;)

I shall just challenge Mr Keidis to a sentence face-off.

Then when he can only go "yip yap yippy, google, google, boo yah!" (typical Pepper's lyric), I shall be victorious.

Pfft.

 :D

i can't stand 'em myself but i quite like that wee fella - was a nihilist in big lebowski was one of 'the rejected' in Suburbia and i think he may also have been in Dudes which was either the greatest film ever made or the worst i can't remember right now... is it out on dvd? so in summary yes, oswald mosely was the better lead singer, for 'we care a lot' alone. Case close.

Well, it's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it...

Wasn't it 'It's A Dirty Nob but Someone's Gotta Chew It'??

Faith No More were once great, RHCP were once decent - 'Uplift Mofo PP' is one of me all time fave albums, but it was all shite from thencewards.

Saw them last year in Hyde Park and thought they were brilliant.

Californication is definitly one of my fav albums of all time

Where's the "Not crap but not quite the best thing ever either" option?

I like some of their songs, especially "the Other Side" from Californication. But don't aboslutely love them

Really liked BSSM and One Hot Minute is underated. californication the album i quite enjoyed and was a pleasant suprise although hated the title track and the last album was pants really should have called it a day after Californication so they would have at least have went with a bit of dignity.

I liked Mother's Milk when I was 11 but it's kinda dated now.

RHCP should have died in a plane crash a long, long time ago.

Yup, same with Michael Jackson, after Thriller

Personally I like Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magick, One Hot Minute and Californication (some of it). But the new stuff is wank.

Shit, and utterly, utterly played to death. I doubt there's an album I've heard more than Californication in the last few years, I hope I never have to hear any of it ever again but I don't rate my chances.

They've made an almost perfect arc from too weird to too commercial leaving one decent album in the middle.

Still one decent album is better than most...

...not crap.

i really good band with loafds of decent songs but they can never quite make a quality album.

Almost every album i own of theres i have a few songs that i feel obliged to actully get off my arse and skip. By the way is the closest thing they have to a good album but starngely that has the fewest good songs on it.

Red hot chilli peppers confuse me but decent enough band and by no means crap.

I also went to hyde park last year(mainly for the pixies who then pulled out   ) how crap were chicks on speed!
