I'd like to add my voice of praise to Stumble upon, which is truly great, and has increased my enjoyment of the web no end.

Now I can just stumble videos for ages watching no end of recommended clips based on my preferences!!

:)

I've had to block traffic coming from Stumbleupon to my website (something that proved more difficult than you might think) - within a matter of 3 days a couple of months ago it threatened to eat up my entire month's bandwidth. I know, I know, who doesn't like more visitors - but they weren't productive visitors, just stumblers (which is fine). I can't afford at this time to up my bandwidth for them though. A great way to pass time though and find new stuff, I agree.

I far prefer Camino to Firefox on the Mac for the speed etc. However, no bugger writes extentions for it, so I miss out on all the lovely ones I use through Greasemonkey for Flickr.

You might try Greasemonkey - it uses AJAX to allow for all manner of handy little addons in Firefox, and if you also happen you use Flickr it makes your use hugely customisable.

Try either Safari 3.0 or the Firefox 3.0 beta. Both are a lot faster than their predecessors...

Does the new Firefox beta make things look lovely like with Safari/Camino? Like round blue buttons and smooth drop-down menus etc? I'm rather fond of all that you see.

Yes, it uses native os x widgets. Extension support is poor but that's because its a beta and should improve after the release...

Just downloaded it - it looks nice :)

Any word on how long stable release will be?

Did you know if you use it for hours on end, it pops up an image of an electronic road sign saying 'Too much stumbling can cause insomnia'

I discovered that after a coke fuelled stumble session that lasted the entire night...
