I like your taste, sir!

I've already been playing some of that stuff for a while, but there's one or two I haven't heard yet.

*heads off to soulseek-land

i reckon they are a bit "international jet set dj" to be playing there to be honest, they do not strike me as very down-to-earth.

Oh, I didn't think I had much of a chance, but seeing as I've managed to persuade some pretty big names down in the past, it's always worth a go.

Here's a random mix of tunes which might suit you. Various styles of music which could come under the umbrella term 'dance.'

Skidoo 23 - Coup
Armand Van Helden - U Don't Know Me
Buckfunk 3000 - High Volume
Daft Punk - Da Funk
Gang of Four - To Hell With Poverty
Herbie Hancock - Rockit
Ian Pooley - What's Your Number
Jaydee - Plastic Dreams
Laurent Garnier - The Man With the Red Face
M.I.A. - Bucky Done Gone
Markus Nikolai - Bushes
Moby - Go
Mr Oizo - Flat Beat
Nuyorican Soul - It's Alright I Feel It (the original and Roni Size mixes are both good)
Outkast - Ghetto Musick

Yello - Oh Yeah

Urgh. That's bloody awful. Cheap plastic vocodered shite. Still, I don't have to listen to it I suppose.

Nuyorican Soul Feat. Jocelyn Brown - It's Alright I Feel It - Original/Roni Size mix

The original is a suberb song, and the roni size re-rub is good as well (albeit about 13 mniutes long) but I'd go for the Masters at Work version released on the 12". It's quite boompty

Additions to my list:

Kelis - Milkshake
Ultra Naté - Free (a bit cheesy but a good sing-a-long tune)
JDS - 9 Ways
Breakbeat Era - Breakbeat Era
Shut Up & Dance - I'm Ravin' I'm Ravin'
Gusto - Disco's Revenge
Baby D - Let Me Be Your Fantasy
Tori Amos - Professional Widow - Armand Van Helden Remix
Roni Size - Brown Paper Bag
Shy FX Feat. Apache Indian - Original Nuttah
Nuyorican Soul Feat. India - Runaway - Armand Van Helden Remix

Kylie - I Just Can't Get You Out Of My Head (soulwax remix) - Plump DJs
The Bucket - Kings of Leon
Heel & Toe (Evil Nine Remix) - Adam F
Got em High - Stanton Warriors ft Sway.
hard-fi - hard to beat - London Elektricity Remix

Adam F - Brand New Funk
Inner City - Good Life
Mantronix - King Of The Beats
S'Express - Theme From S'Express
Bent - Always (Ashley Beedle Remix)
Mr Ratty - Rat Decor

Purely 'cos I'm listening to the live version now;

Underworld - Pearl's Girl

Actually, just stick on 'Everything Everything' by Underworld and bugger off to the bar for an hour. Job done, it's a rave up
