Much like the Royal Tenebaums, the title screamed 'wankiness, no explosions' to me. So the Darjeeling film will not be gracing my screen

yeah give it another go. i missed a lot the 1st time somehow...
i got proper choked up when they had the funeral for the boy that drowned.
its worth another go, especially if you love India...that film made it look so interesting, it makes me wanna see India someday.

yeah the colours are amazing!!...and the legal drugs they were always doing, that was pretty ace too
the bit where they try and get their dads car out to drive it to his funeral, the fighting over his luggage, the whole film is really good.

Really Didnt like Royal Tenenbaums, totally fucked off as it had been well reviewed.
Darjeeling LTd did have lots of lovely colours and was beautifully filmed so did Steve Zizou- both were so bloody random and try hard.
Owen Wilson sucks *so* hard.
