That reminds me, how about Behind The Mask: The Rise Of Leslie Vernon? A mock documentary about a serial killer in the vein of Michael Myers, Jason Vorhees, Freddie Krueger, Henry etc. Not great but certainly diverting.

Mission Impossible 3 - I cannot reccomend it highly enough for good mindless fop. Toungue kept firmly in cheek, wicked stunts, tom cruise being asked if he ever shagged his little sister, phillip seymour hoffman as the bad guy (with an excellent, genuinely chilling, opening flash-forward face-off between him and cruise), JJ Abrahms at the helm, the guy from spaced. Complete departure from the previous 2. Well worth watching...

I really wanted to hate this film, but I couldn't. Very entertaining fluff.

I'd recommend Statham's remake of Death Race. Ridiculous stuff but very watchable, though that might have something to do with Natalie Martinez, one of the finest women on screen since Sean Young was, well young.
