Angel, yup, definitely; never seen Alias though.

The advantage of Buffy and Angel is that they're finished and they weren't cancelled mid-season, so they have a complete story arc.

I still haven't seen the last series of Angel I'm going to have a weekend of pure indulgence sometime and stay in eating pizza and ice cream and watching all the eps back to back

We've done something similar to that before, lyign back in bed watching the show on the laptop.
