Recommend A Specific Poster (Posters) An Artist Or Record

No it isn't.

You're the first person I've met that likes it, then. Even The Doors weren't that indulgent. Rest of the album's great, mind.

The others? Never quite got the power of Kick Out The Jams, for me. Some great songs (Looking At You, for example) but weedy production and none of the energy of the live one. I always think their studio albums were a bit of a missed opportunity.

There's a great song by them called 'Black To Comm' (Spacemen 3 ripped it off for 'Revolution') that fucking rocks - that's a live one, too. Maybe they were just a live band really.

I have tastes very akin to yours - think Wu Tang to Girls Aloud. I suspect I'd like anything you were into (as long as it wasn't trance or death metal)

What for example has been on your i-pizzle or CD player today? :)

Today it's been DJ Godfather (Detroit high-speed booty bass), FannyPack (short-lived NYC girl booty pop), McFly (modern kiddy update of 50s-ish rock'n'roll) and currently the Venetian Snares (drill'n'bass glitchcore).

Love to hear some of your recommendations too, as I'm in quite an exploratory mood in my musical life currently.

Recommend me something I like Broken Family Band, Shack Shackers, Gogol Bordello, Rev Horton, Dirtbombs

Cheers Jeff
