It isn't wonky at all. And I disagree that Back in the USA is patchy; it's great. High Time isn't their best, but still better than most bands manage.Give 'Kick Out The Jams' a go first. The other albums are patchy.
And KOTJ goes a bit wonky towards the end, tbf.
