recipe to use up milk

And cranberries :)

I put 600g of dried cranberries (4 quid at H&B) into my last batch :)

Hmmm, I'm not a fan of cranberries in my chocolatey sweet things. Cranberries in my savoury stuffing or as a traditional sauce accompaniment to yer dinner is fine though.

I made some of this fudge a couple of weeks ago and there was so much we had to farm it out to unsuspecting friends at uni.
 
go to the bbc's recipe site (type bbc recipes into google) and use that to search for recipes that use milk.

I regularly farm out a kg to our graduate common room (will disappear in half a day), half a kg to my rowing eight (following a race, that'll last 20 seconds tops) and leave half a kg around in t'kitchen :)
