The British Chambers of Commerce says that Britain is heading for recession. It predicts a sharp rise in unemployment with 300,000 job losses by next year.
With rising food and fuel prices and increasing child poverty like in Newham 1 in 2 children having to endure it, I ask the following questions.

1. How bad will it get, and what will be its impact.

2. Will there be an awakening in peoples perspective view of capitalism and will that lead to a new class consciousness.

News reports about the devastation of a recession are like news reports on global warming; ie designed to sell newspapers.

Yes if it can make a profit, it has it's place in the capitalist food chain.

" Plenty of materials - Plenty of Labour - Plenty of Machinery - and nearly everybody going short of nearly everything!
'The cause of this extraordinary sate of affairs is that although we possess the means of producing more than abundance for all, we also have an imbecile system of managing our affairs.
The present Money System prevents us from doing the necessary work, and consequently causes the majority of the population to go short of the things that can be made by work. They suffer want in the midst of of the means of producing abundance. They remain idle because they are bound and fettered with a chain of gold".

Recession? Fucking great, im sick of working. Hello Dole here we come :D :D

But frist you must suffer, food and fuel prices will go up along with the general cost of living for us all, then your boss may even try to cut your take home pay as if it hadn't already been cut by the cost of living. Thence you will be sacrificed on the alter to the god of profit, passing into the after life of a new unemployed world, you will become acquainted with the local dole office and will be told; "for ye wrestle not against capitalism, against it's principalities or against its rulers".

Yes it's a good life, the problem is........Only for the Few.:(
