1 large carrot
1 large or 2 small zucchini
half a small capsicum. Green or red is fine.

You forgot to add the goats cheese. But yes, double plus good!Pasta with beetroot + goat's cheese + spinach.
- Boil pasta.
- Sauté spinach. One big clove garlic. Add beetroot.
- Mix. Al dente.
- Salt, pepper, parmesan.
- Bake until crispy.
The last place I worked had a very similar range to this in the showroom. Surprisingly I never saw any in the warehouse waiting to be delivered, so they can't have sold manyI couldn't eat off those plates. Urgh. Wayyyy too tactile for food.
