eagles of death metal, the sounds, lcd soundsystem, kings of,

besides that it makes me cringe.

its great when your young as your 1st festival. freedom to smoke soap bar and drinks lots of booze. but now it'll be full of emo's, and those dam indie kids! there'll be a hand full of punks who've been on speed ever since the 1st one, but not many real music people.

never been, but I detest the site (I know Womad didn't use exactly the same site but near enough and it's horrible) and from everything I've ever heard and everything I've seen for myself (ie the Carling branding, the shit line ups etc) there is no way on God's earth I will ever go there. Oxfam do reading so I could actually go for free - I just don't want to.

If there is one thing that the Reading Festival can't ever be accused of is a shit line up. If it didn't have that it'd have nothing and would have ceased to exist years ago.

i thinks its a lame line-up, there werent many good bands when i went to reading 05, leeds 04 was quite good.

well yeah. wiskers asked me if I was interested in working Leeds with her, I looked at the line up as a couple of bands I really wanted to see may have swayed me. I was left thinking 'that's really shit'.
