Raw ground beef (AKA Americain prepare)

I have eaten a fair bit of steak tartare in Belgium but not sure I'd eat it in the UK

We didn't buy them precooked the kitchens did them for us, then we warmed them. Cheap burgers as well, so you can imagine what they were like by the time they were served.

Yes. I find it really hard to turn down food, even if I know its shite.

Still it's amazing what some brown sauce can do.
