If it turns out to be a female, spaying is essential as unbred female rabbits are very prone to ovarian cancer. Umm.. only other thing is keep a close eye that it's eating and crapping OK in the first few days, as rabbits are very sensitive to stress and can suffer from stasis which is basically when their gut seizes up, which will result in death in 48 hours.
