Quick question regarding where to put a mirror

Wall B, fairly near the window - dead opposite the corner wall bit would be good. East-facing window means you'll get the sun in the morning - the mirror there should reflect a fair bit into the darker bits of the room and onto the bed for waking up purposes. Make sure you have floor space in front of it - no tripping over the bed when you're trying to use it.

I have a feeling that a surface painted with titanium white paint will reflect light even more than a mirror (as used by indoor horticulturalists) - might be an idea? You could cover the whole room with it.

Only prob with that is that there is no window opposite the mirror to illuminate it in order to reflect it into corner!

I said that in post #29 :p

I knew I was losing the plot but now it appears I'm talking to myself on a bulletin board. :D

No, but it's as close as you can get with that layout. It will reduce the amount of shadow, just not eliminate it.

you could try painting the walls of the dark corner a rich exotic shiny gold and have rich exotic trinkets 'n' fings in it, possibly in a lightyuppy display case ?
