True. If you're going to spend 15mins making packet risotto you may as well take another 15 and do it properly. It's easy.
(the risotto-stuffed squash idea is a good one tho - very tasty).

Try throwing a couple of sticks of lemongrass and a dash of white wine into the risotto while its cooking away - very very lush!

Its worth making tamapade too to go with it. I think I found this gem on the beeb website? Wait a mo!
