A few minutes left. Can Griffin salvage even a shred of his dignity? A microscopic whisp of humanity to leave the millions of viewers with? I fear not. :D

...so vote now then urbanites. Your views??

I think it will have no effect on the core support for the party. I think on immigration his views have now reached a far wider audience-whether that will translate to further electoral success remains to be seen.

Nothing on that programme will assuage the white, working class poor who feel deserted and disenfranchised by immigration and economic migration. Jack Straw was apalling.

There were enough decent soundbites there to bury him. "I can't explain why I said those things" followed by "I'm the justice secretary so yes you can", "The BBC is an ultra-leftist conspiracy" hahahaha.

Dick... sorry, Nick was dodging questions more than any other politician I've seen on that show, ever. I think the last question was answered correctly, in that Nick Griffin is a fantasist conspiraloon who bases his policies on nothing more than race. And Jack Straw answered the first question perfectly. Well done him and well done to the BBC for allowing it (rightfully, imho).

I could not post as it happens cause my TV is in another room ....

But predictably Jack Straw was wooden.. I knew he was a weak choice ..

Bonnie Greer was magnificent in a couple of exchanges .. with humour also a killer touch

Warsi was not really up to much and Chris Huhne was dull ..

@this, it was mostly pantomime, i don't think the audience was as representative of the wider public views on the issues, but NG did come across as a bit bonkers

i thought they all did a terrible job, especially greer.
loads of people on twitter are exhilarated by the programme, but i thought it was thoroughly dispiriting.

Earlier in the evening listenning to the radio in the car I was quite annoyed to hear on LBC that they had already seen Question Time and were already discussing it, with soundbites..

I hadn't even had the chance to see it yet. That has got to be wrong!

I got bored and stopped watching after a while. They should have held the program in one of the areas where the BNP did best during the European elections.

No, @ Orang Utan, Greer did a fine job imho ...

There were no people here in the ice age, where did they come from ... Africa ..

Inviting Griffin to visit the museum where he can learn it all for himself ..

They were good moments. Amongst dullness.
