Tonight! Started an hour ago, i'm being a lazy/hungover twat but i'm heading down in10 or so.
ha i guess im not going then, have fun! subhead were sick when i saw them dj about 15 yrs ago
just pulled out some of their records instead. crazy.
this is the banger
one of them died nearly 10 years ago. Poor Phil.
Didn't have the energy to stay the duration, stomped through Si Begg's off the wall glitchy mayhem, the next act was off hardware and was properly stunning- had a chat with the guy after, proper sound. DJ Migs had come over from Portugal and had a tight as fuck set of very banging techno. Really wish i hadn't stayed up all friday night to catch more. There will be a next time
That was a brilliant night Lovely to chat to DJWrongspeed too.
Top night. Great to catch up with the music and the people, Cheers May
It was packed ALL night !
Turns out this guy was Subhead, which makes sense thinking about his sound.
Sane played after Si Begg - Subhead was on after Miguel.
I shoulda come. I was only up the road.
You really should have! It was A1 proppa.

Ah what the hell, it was all fucking boss
Ben Pest, P-Hocto and Dexorcist killed it in Sheffield on Friday night.
Pest all hardware jams similar to the recording of his don't set though sounded a fuckload heavier and funkier on that hopeworks back room rig. Hope he's back soon.
This was a highlight.
- panic techno!
towards the end of Dexorcist's set i was rushing like a giddy teenager again after first discovering techno
I didn't know Sheffield was in London now.
Stay Up Forever are going to be doing a strictly 90s strictly vinyl warehouse party, probably in July.
Which is nice.
Yeah well some of the don't crew are in this thread! Allow some youthful folly and enthusiasm innit!
Am seeing a load of them and the Munt lot at No Mans Land Festival and end of May.
Anyone fancy this?

Paula Temple is just fucking incredible, big sound:
Resurrecting this thread to ask if anyone (else) is going to the Don't Christmas party on Saturday night? Me AND Mr K will be there, although don't let that put you off Neil Landstrumm, Grant, Warlock, should be great.
Corsica is a lovely venue but I share one of its owners concerns for a Brixton-like demise. Let's hope the place stays.
just to be clear - Amanda and Adrian own it, not Chris
Promoter then. Or whatever he is. Doesn't change the point being made.
Didn't really know where best to post this, just seen it on twitter.
One of the team behind Corsica has a rare form of ovarian cancer
