Yeah, that B&W one from the 90s, with that Hal Hartley esque dialogue. They made a bunch of sequels but they weren't as good. I think the fat guy in the trenchcoat wrote and directed them all.

They didn't seem very patient mind you....

Actually there's already been a very good comedy drama about borough councillors called 'Little Napoleons' with Norman Beaton and Saed Jafrey, wouldn't want to see them shagging though.
