Problems with post

This postal strike is beginning to drive me crazy. I received a month-old copy of Time Out in the post yesterday. And they are currently all at least a week late, which renders them pretty much redundant.

One of our wedding invites took 10 days to get from Loughborough Junction to half way up Brixton Hill. It took 2 days for it to get to Italy. North London is worse though, my mates have still not got theirs over two weeks after it was posted.

Including my ticket for tonight's England v Croatia game. Bastards.

Update: according to the Royal Mail website, the ticket was posted on 03/09/09 and is being processed through their system. Which is good.

just got a letter yesterday that was sent over a month ago... looks like it was sent somewhere else and re-sorted.

I had 2 letters delivered on Sunday. That's all I've had for about 2 weeks.

I have several Ebay packages somewhere in that backlog.

I have loads of stuff thats not been delivered..bought lots of little bits from ebay over a month ago and its still not arrived...its so frustrating...I epect il never see it...Is there anything we can do ??

The October issue of a magazine that I subscribe to arrive today, it normally arrives on about the 25th of the month before the cover date.

I too have an Ebay purchase I'm still waiting for.
