Pre-holiday collywobbles

We have old fashioned paper tickets and I am secretly disappointed that we didn't get travellers cheques.:D

I just asked my husband about travel plugs and he says he knows where they are.:hmm:

I always get TQs for when my Nationwide Visa debit card decides to play up :D

It's also good as when I think I' overspending near the end of my hols, I remind myself that I have £200 of TQs I can spend

Aha so close...I remember when you were wondering whether to go or not....now you're sticking lists on the back of the door!

If you get a chance go to Pamukkale...it can't be far as it's on the list of things to do on your hotel page....the photo on the page looks less than inspiring....but it's gorgeous.....and very child friendly..swim in chalky, hot pools and get rejuvenated....all calcium and goodness to seep into the old pores...and at the top of the hill is another natural spa, like swimming in perrier water....clear but the odd ruin semi submerged, mind your knees. Have a fantastic time....

Half an hour more of work then I'm gone!:D

I'm in two minds about Pamukkale. It looks fab and I do love a hot spring, but its a five hour drive away! Not sure if I can sell that idea to husband and sprog quite frankly, but you never know! :)

I am downing tools, my boss has buggered off on a half day too, so I am doing no more work - until September 7th - hooray!!!:D

Just remember, ultimately all you need on holiday is a passport, tickets and a wallet with money/credit card. Everything else can be replaced.

Top use of the word collywobbles too :D

Is there nowhere to stop en route to break the journey up?

Oh, I've just had another thought.

When we went to Dalaman Airport, the visa is issued upon arrival. You'll need £10 to pay for each of your visas. They only take cash (I think)

We are going to hire a jeep for a few days so we might make our own way there. But there are loads of other (closer) things to do so might not bother. I am very excited about going to Ephesus though, its only up the road!:D And the National Park, and Sirince the wine village, and a boat trip, and a jeep safari, and to a waterpark (there are three!). :D

*bounces excitedly*
