Just listened to the new album and its pretty good. He's a lot more upbeat on this album than most and I like his summery tunes. Pity he waited till it was over to release it.

very sad to say I think I spoke too soon about this album. I was dead excited at first, but now I suspect it's a bit Sparklehorse-by-numbers.

I was mildy impressed with Sparklehorse, which I checked out on Dub's recommendation. On the other hand I thought Neutral Milk Hotel were excellent.
