A great April fools joke was played on a guy in my office who was known to spend a lot of time on websites looking at porn.
He was sent a very official looking letter from the local police station notifying him that it had come to their attention that he had been looking at websites with illegal images and could he please contact them asap to discuss the matter.

The phone number on the letter was changed to an external line that still came into the office but which he wouldn't recognise, with a colleague waiting for it to ring and pretend to be police... The look on his face was priceless when he opened the letter then dashed out of the office with his mobile to his ear to call the number... one of the funniest pranks I've ever witnessed
