Errrr, Islands in the Stream is one of the best records ever! And there's nothing wrong with the other two either.

I'll offer up the Cha Cha Slide and Living on a Prayer.

Desperado by The Eagles

I love that song since I heard it sung by the Bath Male Choir on Last Choir Standing.. Johnny Cash does a great version as well.

I'm pretty sure most music I listen to is unfashonable - Il Divo, male voice choirs, The Osmonds, Aled Jones to name but a few.

Element of Crime. A fantastic German band.

I saw Element of Crime play in a tiny venue in Tel Aviv in about 1991. They were brilliant live. I'd never heard of them before that, but the guy i was dating at the time loved them and took me along. Really liked the song 'Something was wrong'. Fab trumpet bit in the middle

I've mentioned my unfashionable music choices on here before. Not sure i want to go there again :o

Am very proud of all my musical choices and they certainly arent 'fashionable'

To start with, Prince may have played at the O2 but he isnt really fashionable in that culty post modern sense that some have managed.

Captain Beefheart just isnt known to the man on the street, and Syd Barrett isnt 'fashionable either. People tend to dismiss Syd as some ridiculously obscure has-been from a hopelessly dated hippie era, rather than a treasured madcap genius whose originality is unlikely to be matched again.
