Very much so. I really enjoyed myself without drinking, the boy was calm and happy all day and the missus got to dress up and have a day out for the first time since giving birth.

how was it? I could hear it from where i was having a bbq in the garden.. but to be fair, all i could really hear was a chorus of 50,000 drunk men!

Yeah, like a footy match with only only one team at times. Great fun - lots of people who had obviously hit it very early! Mixed reaction to Dizzee, but The Roses were brilliant. Mates who saw them at Heaton Park said the weren't as tight as tap that gig,, but they sounded great to me. All the classics and Brown's still a great presence. His voice isn't as bad as it used to be, I'm sure, though at times he was drowned by the crowd.
