When are you eating your porridge?
At 9am, at my desk. It's not even breakfast-at-home

Plus I've been at it for months so shouldn't be ' adjusting'

It's got nothing to do with the portion size either, b'cos even if i have a huge bowl, i'm still hungry an hour later. Even if i have fruit and raisins and nuts on top too

The fruit and raisins will make you hungrier.
.

Also remember that sometimes when you 'feel' hungry it is actually thirst.
Try having some fruit at 11:30 when you start to feel peckish.
Why
I eat loads of fruit and raisins. This would explain why i'm hungry all bloody day long!
I have received some wisdom at some point during my travels on Planet Earth that porridge is good for breakfast as it's 'slow release' energy or something similar. I don't know where I learned that but I thought it was true.
So I have small plain porridge every morning and tbh I am fucking starving by 11.23 every day
Am I doing it wrong?
Pasta is supposed to be slow release
