San Daniele ham (nicer than Parma, doncherknow), or jamon pata negra.
Extra-expensive belly tuna packed in olive oil.
Snooty ultra-high-cocoa content chocolate.
Pheasant.

I just ate a plateful of thick cut smoked salmon cured with horseradish, wrapped round teaspoonfuls of caviar.

I ate a raw scallop on the deck of a dive boat once. Never had a cooked one that came close. Awesome. I just wish I'd have picked up more.
