There's nowt wrong with cheese 'n' jam on toast.This one's a bit weird, but a friend introduced me to it and it's surprisingly good ... strawberry jam (put it on the bread before you add the cheese and grill it). I know, I know - but it really is nice. Also works very well with mint jelly.
