"Wheels of Steel"
Bit boring. I felt this could do with another layer or two on it, in the first bit and less kick drum.
"Who Do You Hate?"
V good. Whoever put this together is obviously pretty skilled. Tried to impress a bit too much in terms of how many breaks there were IMO.
"Hardcore Motherfolker"
This was just proper quality. Accordion and mad Jamaican lyrics and jungle. Well I never.
"Is This Love?"
I really liked this, and I normally find trance quite boring. Slick and synthy with a cultured drum beat that knew its place.
"The Only Single Woman In Woodhouse"
Proficient, but too saccharine for my tastes. The rain on the outro was a nice touch tho.
"Eat It"
The kind of thing I'd probably appreciate better live, and drunk. I wanted this to develop somewhere, but it didn't, and I got bored. I didn't really know what was going on with the vocals either. The singer sounded like he had a good growl about him, but the echoey fx he was hooked up to emasculated it.
"New Toy"
Splendidly dark. Very evocative of some mean ole postapocalyptic wasteland with robots grasping at your trouser legs or something. I hope the next Terminator has a soundtrack this good.
"Raji"
This was kind of how I imagine having an epileptic fit. Fun, in an ear-bleeding mental kind of way.
