How long before he gets thrown out by the Tories? He's only suspended now, and, if he does get time, it's not automatic.

He wasn't a politician at the time of the offence so I'm not sure there's some sort of point about MPs to be made here.

The constituency party was aware of the allegations at the time of his selection. It's only three years since he was chosen as a candidate.
