Police with BAD attitudes need training

You never heard of hypocrisy ...

really what legislative body am i part of which can on personal whim remove anothers freedom again...

oh no that'd be you wouldn't it...

and yes we are all well aware of your continuious hypocrisy...

tbf though when the fauxbumbler of epsom is in your corner you know for sure that you're on a hiding to no where... I'd quit while you are your bessie mate tha panda killer are behind...

Oh I'm not siding with Inspector Clueseau, I just think this...

fat short unfit thick cunts with personal releationship problem and anti social personality

... describes your own self with an uncanny accuracy I could only hope to match.

'Your innocence is basically irrelevant' DB?

What a world we live in then, I despair.
Time to move out of here I think.

I'm guessing he means in terms of "stopping you going about your lawful business" - ie stop and search etc. The police aren't there to decide if you're innocent or guilty - that's for the courts, but they are allowed to stop you and question you, in some circs search you etc. Even if - as it transpires during the course of doing that - you are totally innocent.

I do wish there weren't so many who acted so arrogantly and rudely while doing it.

No, honey, just highlighting the bizarre imperceptions you have of your own.

:)

one can only do this with extensive knowledge of ones subejct i find; of which you have zero...

ergo it has to be projection...

or jealiousy of perceived advantage...

either way it says an awful lot about you and nothing about me...

do try to keep up dear...

Indeed. The point is you KNOW whether or not you have done anything, the police DON'T. Conversely, the police KNOW what has happened locally / what they've noticed / been told which gives them the grounds to stop / speak to / search you. You DON'T.

So the fact you know you are innocence is entirely irrelevant to whether or not they are acting lawfully. If they have grounds to suspect we have given them to power to find out more.

Unfortunately the combination of some people giving it the "I've done fuck all, why you harassing me" from the outset and some cops who take an arrogant / rude approach from the outset leads to many stops degenerating into a fracas that need not happen. :(

You forgot "being in possession of an offensive wife". :)

Northampton OB stop searches go very well if you roll over and play dead. There's even shared moments of humor on occaison

The Met ime, treat rolling over as a handy opportunity for a kick to the ribs (metaphorically like. they treat calm non-confrontation as an excuse to mug you off)

in which case as it's the police who have the power of detention they are the ones who should at all costs go out of their way to not cause the innocent party any further inconvenince than is needed...

if that means putting up with some arsey fuckwit saying you're harrassing me for no good reason then so be it, they are after all if the party is innocent being harrassed for no reason...

being in a position of power is only there so long as it's used appropreately... people being arsey at the supposed or perceptual abuse of power it isn't then appropreate to become overly excitable at the reaction to that...

if they do they should be sacked and improsoned...

in fact i'd love to see far more penal sentences for the police on a number of issues...

it'd do them no end of good to face the consiquence of jail time for far less than the general pulbic would, might even remind them who they are supposed to work for instead of who's private boot boy army they are at present....

"with ergo this, and ergo that,
and mispelt splutters from LeChat,
what can he mean? It matters not,
if daddy's Bentley runs too hot"

from Edgar Allan Poe's "I'm an Arab, no raelly I am!"

:(

So you could -say - stop a speeding motorist? If you hypothetically felt like it?

;)
